Tiger’s Eye, treated Citrine, Garden Quartz, Copper Rutilated Quartz and delicate glass accents come together in warm earthy tones — each stone slightly different, each detail catching the light in its own way. 

This crystal phone strap brings together several varieties of quartz alongside warm Tiger’s Eye, creating a layered composition of golden, smoky and transparent tones.

Tiger’s Eye brings its distinctive chatoyant bands; Garden Quartz contains naturally occurring mineral inclusions that create tiny landscape-like worlds within the stone; while Copper Rutilated Quartz is characterised by fine rutile inclusions suspended inside clear quartz.

Treated Citrine continues the golden palette throughout the piece.

Rather than creating a perfectly uniform strand, the different shapes, inclusions and transparencies are intentionally allowed to stand apart — making the strap feel more like a small collection of crystals that happens to travel with your phone.

Crystals are natural element and is one-of-a-kind, i.e. no two stones look the same.  Color variations, inclusions or marking might vary from the image shown on the website.

Returns 
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  Sales items unfortunately are not eligible for returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Crystals & Stones 
Crystals and stones, either polished or raw, can NOT be returned or refunded unless broken during transit. We do not accepted based on crystal characteristics or on change of mind.  Please provide detailed photos of the item and packaging to launch an investigation with the courier. Failure to provide this information with 24 hours of receiving your shipment will forfeit your right for a refund or exchange. Refund will be issued to the full value of the item excluding shipping costs.

Jewelry & Non-Crystal item

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  OOAK do not reimburse return shipping charges on exchanges based on change of mind.The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.Please email info@ooakstones.com on the same day your receive the items. Only regular price items can be returned, exchanged, or refunded

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Once approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.  If you are shipping an item over 300 AED, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
