Shipping policy

Dispatch of goods is usually within 48 hours of receiving the order. Orders placed during weekend or holidays will be processed on the next business day. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will received tracking information via email.

UAE Shipping via courier service:

UAE Domestic - 20 AED for orders below 500 AED (except remote areas)
Free shipping for orders above 500 AED (except remote areas)

Delays:
Timing are subject to courier provider. OOAKStones cannot assume responsibility for delays by courier provider. If no one is available to accept delivery of your order, you have the option to arrange for an alternative delivery date with the courier provider.

Cancellation:
We get it, people change their minds. If you change your mind regarding your purchases, just email us as soon as possible on info@ooakstones.com and we will use all reasonable endeavors to cancel it providing your order has not yet been shipped. If your order has been shipped, such cancellation will be treated as a return (Please see our Return & refund policy for further information). In all circumstances, you can always contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

Open box policy:
Shipping produces a lot of carbon footprint so if you would like us to group your orders to send together, we will be delighted to assist. However, we do ask you to pay for your order after each purchase. We will be happy to keep an "Open-box" for you for a maximum of 2 weeks.
