For customers who require independent verification, testing can be arranged through a qualified external gemological laboratory where appropriate, at an additional cost.

We believe in transparent information rather than certificates that do not provide meaningful independent verification.

As natural crystals have individual characteristics, we encourage customers to review product descriptions, photographs, and dimensions carefully before purchasing. Change-of-mind returns and exchanges for crystals are generally not accepted under our store policy. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us promptly with photographs so we can assist.
