Fair Trade Blue Sage Smudge Stick

Blue Sage also known as "Grandmother Sage” is a purifying herb with broad medicinal and magical applications. Blue Sage is widely used for cleansing and purification purposes.

Blue Sage can be used in a ritual ceremony, house cleansing or simply for aroma pleasure. 

How to burn a smudge stick

Light the bundle and once a flame appears, blow it out or gently shake until embers appear and it starts to smoke.  Continue to hold the smudge stick or place it in a container with sand or salt to hold the smudge upright.  You can use your hand or a feather to direct the smoke over your body.  Visualize the smoke taking away any negative energy,  If indoor, it is recommended to open a window for the energy to escape.  To extinguish, invert smudge into the sand or salt to smother.
